Directly, some way to increase Alexa rank is:
1. increasing Alexa rank by writing or making an article that teach about Alexa ranking, like you have been reading now.
2. Install Alexa Rank toolbar at your browser. like Mozilla fire fox, because by installed the Alexa toolbar at browser it make Alexa Bot layover your blog when you open your blog by the browser.
3. Use alexa rank widget at your blog. don't be bashful if your Alexa is so much over up in 20.000.000, like this site also, hehe :), this is our effort to increase it.
