Again, Black Eyed Peas on plagiarism accusations

Again, vocal group Black Eyed Peas accused of plagiarism. The song hits its 'Boom Boom Pow' claims are similar to the 'Boom Dynamite' singer's Phoenix Phenom.

Phoenix phenom who has the original name Ebony Latrice Batts with his partner, Manfred Mohr has filed suit. He claimed the rhythm and the lyrics in these songs many similarities.

"Listen to two songs that will make you know they are very similar and clearly visible on the rhythm and the lyrics," said Phoenix attorney Contactmusic quoted Phenom, Friday (29/1/2010).

Copyright song 'Boom Dynamite' Phenom Phoenix property is under the auspices of Interscope label. Label is also shaded Fergie cs. Phoenix Phenom sue over this issue.

This is not the first time the Black Eyed Peas accused of plagiarism. DJ Adam Freeland previous British took legal action to demand the Black Eyed Peas. DJ Adam assess song 'Party All The Time' of the Black Eyed Peas is very similar to the single, 'Mancry'.
