Drugs Valued at Rp20 Billion Destroyed - Drugs Directorate Polda Metro Jaya, destroy evidence of drug arrests result from June to July 2011, with a total weight of 7.7 kilograms, equivalent to more than Rp20 billion.

"As mandated in Article 75 letter K, Article 91 of Law No. RI. 35 of 2009 on Narcotics, who testified that evidence of narcotics crime should be destroyed after mendapatklan provisions of the local District Attorney," said Deputy Director of the Drug Polda Metro Jaya AKBP Krisno Siregar, Jakarta, Wednesday (24/08/2011).

A total of 7.7 kilograms of methamphetamine and 350 grains ektasi destroyed, having previously conducted a forensic test by adding the liquid in the examples of such drugs. This was done to prove that the drugs are destroyed is genuine and not exchanged.

Krisno says the evidence destroyed this time is evidence obtained from the arrest of four times with a different dealer groups namely groups of suspects HR aka CM, 'NH aka BN' and RH aka IY, YN aka NM aka AF, and group SG aka HL aka AS and a Malaysia citizen aka KL on initials AN.

The six suspects were arrested at four different locations. HR group were arrested at the airport Warehousing Complex, Tangerang and SG groups were arrested at City Lofts Apartments, Jl KH Mas Mansyur and Sahid Apartment Residence. Eko says, one of the initials KL suspects have been arrested five times by police over the same case. He also had back and forth to prison for no deterrent distribute narcotics.

"One of the suspects, KL is a recidivist, the Jakarta Police have arrested 3 times and 2 times by the West Jakarta Police," said Eko. inilah
