Harmful Bacteria in Food - Increasing number of foods is preserved, then the greater the disease transmitted through food.

Naturally, all foods contain small amounts of bacteria. This type of bacteria will multiply and cause illness if the food you eat is not processed and stored properly.

Although the spread of bacterial disease caused these foods depends on your age, the amount of exposure and the health of a person, but it never hurts when you are alert.

Well, here are some harmful bacteria contained in food:

Clostridium perfringens

These bacteria are usually found in meat stews or souses dishes thick. Spread usually occurs when a bowl or plate that is used can not maintain food hot or it could be because you are too long to cool food.

Salmonella

This type of bacteria found in chicken meat, raw milk, egg yolks that have been contaminated and undercooked food. Spread through the knife, cutting board or through a person who is infected due to lack of hygiene.

Vibrio Vulnificius

These bacteria thrive on food oysters and shellfish raw or undercooked.

Staphylococcus Aureus

These bacteria thrive on meat, fast food salads, cream sauces and cream-filled cakes. Usually spread directly through contact with hands or sneezing.
