"Yes, the information I heard like that. But we have not received an official decree. Maybe on November 11, 2010," said Director of Heroism, and Social Solidarity Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemsos), Suyoto Sujadi, told AFP on Tuesday (9/11/2010).
According Suyoto, originally the title of heroes will be announced today. However, because the national situation is quite busy, such as natural disasters and there is a problem state visit of U.S. President Barack Obama, the possibility that the announcement be delayed.
Suyoto claimed not to know the reason for the name of Suharto's removal from the assessment of the Board of degree. According to him, the rights and authority of the Council Degrees and the president's decision.
"But the information is in. I think this year's baseball. But we'll wait for the official announcement," said Suyoto.

Previously reported, the government has been filtering 10 names of candidates of the National Hero. They are Ali Sadikin of West Java, Sayid Habib Al Jufrie of Central Sulawesi, HM Soeharto from Central Java, KH Abdurrahman Wahid or Gus Dur from East Java.
