Pedrosa Look MotoGP 2012 with Optimistic | Repsol Honda rider claimed to have recovered fully from his injuries.

Dani Pedrosa, welcome MotoGP 2012 with optimism. Repsol Honda rider was confirmed to have recovered fully from a collarbone injury that bothered him last season.

Pedrosa re-injured his collarbone after a crash in MotoGP France. As a result the Spaniard was to be absent in four races last season. Pedrosa had to settle for being ranked fourth in the standings at the end of the 2011 MotoGP.

Ahead of the first series, MotoGP 2012 in Qatar, 8 April, Pedrosa confident enough. MotoGP runner-up in 2007 and 2010 it was free from injury and appeared impatient at the Losail Circuit.

"I can do a lot of physical preparation in pre-season, and I was able to recover from a lot of old injuries. Now my condition is much better, and feel ready," said Pedrosa as reported by Reuters.

In the last official practice at Jerez Circuit, Spain, Pedrosa became the second fastest behind Repsol Honda team-mate Casey Stoner. Only 0.377 seconds behind Pedrosa from the 2011 MotoGP world championship.

"This season will be very heavy, and I have a strong rival. Stoner and (Jorge) Lorenzo race in a good level, but I am too. Casey is very fast and also Jorge, they dalah my main opponent. I am very enthusiastic," Pedrosa said.

"I think the very positive changes in the motor. Motor is 800cc to 1000cc now. They are stronger, harder the tire, but it should be a better spectacle because there will be lots of overtaking action," Pedrosa said.
